His Story...
Willie A. "Bill" Davis Jr., was born on April 2, 1958 to Willie A. Davis, Sr., and Pearl Davis.
He graduated from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and was retired from Midwest Steel. He enjoyed following sports and was an avid fan of the North Carolina Tarheels.
Willie “Bill” Davis, Jr., age 65, of Michigan City, IN passed away on December 27, 2023. He is preceded in death by is his parents, Willie Davis, Sr. and Pearl Davis and brother, Donald Coleman.
Bill is survived by his son: Jordan (Melissa) P. Davis, a brother: Anthony Davis, grandsons: Jordan P. Davis, Jr., and Josiah J. Davis, special cousin: Stephanie Flowers, and a long-time friend: Harold Edwards, along with a host of nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of life will be Tuesday, January 9, 2024 11am at Zion Hill Baptist Church 123 Helen St. Michigan City, Indiana 46360 with Pastor James E. Lane Jr., to do Eulogy. Viewing will be 10am until time of service at the Church. Burial to follow at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.
