Tony Robert Jackson was born on August 30, 1981 at methodist Hospital in Merrillville, Indiana to John Spicer and Bettie Jackson.
Tony grew up in Gary, Indiana where he attended William A. Wirt high school. He loved working on and restoring old cars, spending time with family and friends and doing whatever he could to support those around him.
Tony Robert Jackson tragically passed away on May 11, 2026 in Laporte, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandmother: Tiney Ross, his Maternal Grandmother; Anne Mae Spicer, Grandfathers: Warren Jackson, and Robert Ross, his Aunts: Lalita Osborne, Janet Hamer and Carla Hayden.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory his Fiance’: Khalilah Stubblefield, two Children: Devion Jackson, and Armion Jackson; Mother: Bettie Jackson, Father: John Spicer Jr.; two Sisters: Dwonn (Clyde) Mayfield; Ieesha Spicer (Darwin) Woods; 1 Brother: John (Reshmie) Spicer III, a special Aunt: Malcah Yehudah, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Tony’s smile, humble spirit, his presence will be truly missed.
A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2026 11AM (est) at Berean Transformation Church, 623 S. St. Joseph St., South Bend, Indiana 46601 with Pastor Cody Miller to be Eulogist. Viewing will be 10am until the time of service. Burial information and time to be announced.
