Thomas Madison Obituary

HIS STORY...

Thomas Edward Madison was born July 13th, 1970 to Julius and Betty Madison in Chicago, Illinois.

He graduated from Saint Willibrords Catholic High School in Chicago Illinois. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, laughing, golfing, and attempting to dance with his two left feet. He was also a great listener. Thomas loved socializing. He was a lovable social butterfly, that everyone he came in contact with, immediately loved him. Thomas worked at a host of jobs throughout his life from railroad, machine operating, welding, security, and his love for the one he did the most, printing. Thomas was a long-time employee of security at the Family Den on Chicago's South side, until he resigned in 2018. Thomas also was a member of the Mason's, one of the oldest and largest fraternities in the World. He was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Thomas departed this life and gained his wings on April 16th, 2023 in Laporte, Indiana at northwest health. He was preceded in death by his parents Julius and Betty Madison, brother Jimmy Madison and one of his best friends/ cousin Billie Blackmon Jr.

Thomas's fond memories will be cherished by his wife: Kayanda Madison of Laporte, Indiana; a mother in love: Sheila Davis of Michigan City, Indiana; a daughter of Minnesota; 2 bonus sons: Juan Kelly and Robert Kelly of Michigan city Indiana; a grand-daughter Leila Kelly, 1 brother: Julius Madison Jr. of Minnesota; 2 sisters: Elizabeth Madison and Carolyn Nelson both of Chicago Illinois; 2 Brother in laws: Tremayne Davis of Bowling Green, Kentucky; David Davis of Michigan City, Indiana; 3 Sister in laws: Tenisha Johnson and Bonita Johnson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Brittney Kiner of Hammond, Indiana; Mokaya (Anthony) Morris of Gary, Indiana; a special cousin: Tanya Downer of Chicago, Illinoi; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Thomas was a great friend to everyone. There is not one person who could say that they were not fond of him. His special friends: Peter Lee, Tyrone (T.Y.) Jeff Benn, Freddie Huddleston, Byron Steele, Janessa (Dicey) Drayton, Charlene Wilson, and a host of others there are way too many to call by name.

He will be missed by all. It's your time Thomas. You are at peace and will live on forever and ever in our hearts. No more worries now.
