Tara Marie Grantham, 48, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 1, 2022 around 4 AM surrounded by her fiancé, Albert Poplawski and beloved dogs; Munch and Wally. She was born on August 6, 1973 to Tyrrell(Butch)Grantham and Sandra(Gayle)Rhodes both of Michigan city.
Tara was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and watching lifetime movies while crunching on ice. She loved singing and dancing, often making her children or granddaughter join in.
Tara nicknamed “Tarable Tara” or Sweet “T” Sums up to who she was as a person. Sweet “T” was a caretaker, often taking in and caring for kids and animals who needed help. She was also a giver, she always wanted to make people smile by giving them some thing whether it be money, gifts, or quite literally the shirt off her back. “Tarable Tara”, What is the life of the party, in fact she the party.
