A Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Liberty Temple COGIC 5230 S. Halsted St. in Chicago, Illinois 60609 at 12noon with viewing at 11am until time of service at noon. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery 11500 Fairfield Ave. 60655 immediately following service.
