The Sun Rose on Samuel Wayne Hart Son Of The Late Rudolph and Sadie Hart on January 18, 1959 In Michigan City Indiana.  He Graduated from Elston Senior High School.

Sam Enlisted Into The United States Army, Where He Served His Country.  After His Military Career, Sam Returned to Michigan City And Worked For JoSam Manufactory,  As An Assembly Operator. Sam Was A CraftMan, He Was Very Highly Skilled And Possess A Deep Master-Level Understanding Of Materials And Tools, Blending Technical Proficiency With Artistic Care To Create Functional Or Decorative Objects By Hand. 

Sam Was Loved By All Who Knew Him. He Was The Life Of The Party And His Presence Will Be Sorely Missed By His Family and Friends.

Remember His Love, Remember His Smile, And Hold On To The Memories. “Know What I’m Saying?”(Was His Favorite Catchphrase).

Sam Was Preceded In Death By His Parents, Rudolph And Sadie Hart, One Sister Charlotte Hart. Two Brothers, Michael and Fredrick Hart.

Precious Memories Are Left With Us, Five Sisters, Donna Perry, Linda Hart, Hazel McNeal, And Sadie (Jerry) Davis, Of Michigan City Indiana. Marilyn Hart of Gary Indiana. Two Brothers, Joseph (Lavette) Hart of Lithia Springs, Georgia And Emerson (Tameka) Hart Of Michigan City, Indiana. Two Daughters Whom He Loved And Adored Floretta M. Neal And Dolores Powell. Six Grandchildren And One Great-Grandchild. Special Friend Renee Lynn Hudson all of Smyrna, Georgia.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins And Friends. 

A Celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 12noon, Coleman & Hicks Chapel 101 S. Karwick Rd. Michigan City, Indiana 46360.

Viewing will be 11am until time of service at noon. Interment will be private.
