Mamie L. Phillips departed this life on November 10, 2021 at Aperion Care Arbors of Michigan City. Mamie was born to John Phillips Sr., and Reola Phillips in Blytheville, Arkansas.

She attended Michigan City Area Schools. Mamie retired from Blocksom CO. She loved cooking, fishing, and the holidays were her favorite time of the year.

Mamie departed this life on September 27, 2021 at Aperion Care Arbors of Michigan City. She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal and her paternal grandparents, two brothers, Major Phillips, and John Phillips Jr., and one nephew George Ellis Haynes Jr.,

Mamie leaves to cherish her memories one daughter: Jerri Sue Phillips, one grandson: Timothy Allen Hogan, one sister: Mary Haynes, a god-sister: Sharon Hardy, two Nieces: Reola Craft and Mary Louise Haynes, two Nephews: Charles Ross and Kenneth Hert, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
