A Celebration of life will take place Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Liberty Temple COGIC 5230 South Halsted St. Chicago, Illinois 60609 at 11am with viewing at 10am until time of service.
Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Pastor Justin Norwood to do Eulogy.
