Leland Collins Obituary

Leland Sinclair Collins, 34, of Michigan City, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021.  

He was born in Michigan City, Indiana on June 21, 1987 to Lillie Ann Jernigan and Lee Collins. 

 Leland was employed by Lake Industries for eight years and owner of No Limit Lawn Care. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and kids. He was a huge sports fan and his favorite team was the Golden State Warriors. In 2011 he married to Sabrina Townsend in Michigan City, Indiana.

His Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Pleasant Hill M.B.C., 717 E. 10th St., MichiganCity, Indiana 46360 with Pastor Ronnie Gaston Officiating. Viewing will be from 11am until time of service. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Lillie Ann Jernigan and Lee Collins; maternal grandparents Creola Jernigan and David Jernigan; paternal grandparents Leo Collins and Gladys Sparkman.

Leland is survived by his loving wife Sabrina Collins; his children Sabria, Leland Jr., Prince, LeAisa and Ladainian; his sister Brianna Hurt of Atlanta, Georgia; His step-mother Loretta Collins; His step-father Brian Hurt; step-brothers Aran Tripplet and Darius Tripplet; and a host of family and friends.
