Life Reflaections:
Kesha Rachon Kelley born on December 23, 1972 to the late James “Jay” and Marie “Ms. Mickey” Kelley.
Kesha was the baby out of all her siblings, and the mothering figure when her parents departed this world. She accepted Christ at a young age and again as an adult. She later joined Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Allen Briggs Sr., six years ago and was an active member until her passing.
Kesha spent most of her life being a caregiver for her parents, family, and friends. She enjoyed music, singing, dancing, cooking, playing card games, and giving great hospitality. She was the famous “dressing maker” nobody could cook like her. If you ever went to one of Kesha’s parties or just stopped by, you were always in for a treat of great food, great music, and lots of card games. Holidays were always special to her as she always prepared a feast and love to feed her family and friends. Kesha was big on family as she held special bonds with everyone. She only had one child whom she cherished and loved unconditionally, anytime she encountered someone she would always brag about her baby boy “Zion”.
Kesha went to join her Heavenly Father and loved ones that awaited her arrival on September 2, 2022, in Munster, Indiana. She was preceded in death by both of her Parents: James and Marie Kelley, Paternal Grandparents: Roy and Tressie Kelley, Maternal Grandparents: Velvet and Mae Whitfield, brothers: Edward (Boogalou)Whitfield, Terrance Whitfield, and Jeffrey Kelley Sr.
