Joyce Hill

Joyce Hill 74, of Michigan City, departed this life on February 9, 2022 in Chicago, Illinois.

There will be no services at this time. She was also preceded in death by her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, a brother, Robert Smith and former husband Allie Hill .

Joyce was born on October 3, 1947 to Robert  and Brooksie Smith in Homboldt, Tennessee.

Joyce was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She enjoyed putting puzzles together, knitting, working out, cooking, fishing, bowling, but most of all spending time with family.

She leaves to cherish her memories her only son Terry Smith of Michigan City, Indiana; two brothers, Jimmy Smith of Homboldt, Tennessee;  Ricky Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana; one sister, Mary Ann Johnson of Homboldt, Tennessee; one grandson, Travis Harmon of Michigan City, Indiana; and her dog Bebe.

Joyce will sorely missed by all that knew her.
