Jimmy Jermaine Thomas Jr., adorably known as“Jim-Jim” was born July 4, 1993, to Sellerstine Ray and Jimmy Thomas Sr, in Michigan City, IN.

He loved being a big bother to his siblings. He received his GED and worked as a cook. He enjoyed hanging out with his family and outdoors. He loved music and gaming.

Jimmy Jermaine Thomas Jr. departed this life on Saturday, April 22, 2023, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

His grandfather Steve Howard, brother Brian Turner, Jr.  and Jaquerous Mitchell preceded him in death.

Left to mourn his passing is one unborn child, mother Sellerstine Ray, father Jimmy Thomas Sr, grandmother Geradine Howard, Victoria & Charlie Jenkins; siblings Shakeena Whetstone, Shaquilla Mitchell, Pardise Thomas, Aspen Thomas, Janika Thomas, Jaisa Thomas, Jermaine Thomas, Jamya Thomas, KimiyaThomas, special brother Dwaylon and Lawerence Thomas,  best friend Frank Miller, along with a host of uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He will be loved and missed by all that knew him!

A Celebration of life will take place on May 12, 2023 at 11:00am with visitation from 10:00am until the time of service at Life Temple C.O.G.I.C., 3707 W US HWY 20, LaPorte, Indiana 46350. (USE THIS ADDRESS), Pastor Dewitt Jackson will do the eulogy with Pastor Robert Fleming officiating. Burial will take place at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Services will also be on LIVESTREAM here on our website.
