Frances M. "Sis" Webb

Frances M. Webb  (“Sis")  formerly of Michigan City, IN. made her transition from this life on Wednesday April 07, 2021 peacefully in her home with family by her side.

Frances was born March 05, 1932 to Robert G. Miller and LaVerne Miller in Indianapolis, Indiana. They both preceded her in death.

Frances was a Super Mother of  ten (10) children.  A dedicated home maker and provider of tremendous love and attention to her Husband and children.

Frances met and married her sweetheart James and Father to all of her Children on September 29, 1950. 

Frances also untited with Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she was a long standing Member and very active in the Voices of Zion choir.

Frances loved nature and enjoyed working in her yard where she routinely grew beautiful flowers, tomatoes, and decorative bushes. 

She would line her children up to recite her favorite church hymns and verses of the bible. She strongly advocated and was successful with having all of her children baptized in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Frances would often approach people that she didn't know and converse in the sweetest  manner.  Her justification was that "A smile doesn't cost a thing."

Frances was always willing to give some very good advice that included spiritual components. Frances believed that "Life was always a gift from God"  and that her children, family, friends, neighbors, and strangers are all gifts to be savored. Although some days may be full of hardship and sadness, each breath, heartbeat, and thought illustrates the beautiful gift of life. She cherished positive memories and always thanked GOD for the blessings in her past, present, and future. 

Frances leaves to cherish her precious memories; Six (6) sons, James E. (Roberta) Webb Jr., Crete, Ill; Ronald B. (guadalupe) Webb, Alsip, Ill.; Donald E Webb,  Sr., David A. (Darlene) Webb and Brian L.Webb; Michigan City, IN.,  Robert N. (Carol) Webb, New Hampshire. Three (3) daughters; Mary K. Williams and Patricia E Webb both of Michigan City, IN.,  and Hollie A. Webb, Indianapolis, IN.,  her twin Brother Robert G. Miller, (Patricia) Henderson NV,  36 Grandchildren, 83 Great Grandchildren, and 36 Great Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. 

Her loving Husband James E. Webb Sr.. (Dolly),  Her parents (Robert G. Miller and LaVerne Miller), Two sisters, (Loa Weddie Miller), (Sandy Miller), one daughter (Karen E. Webb), one Granddaughter (Lakeshia Atkins). one Great Grandson (Damon  Morris), preceded her in death.
