Evander Jarvis Stalling, affectionately known by his maternal grandmother as “Wee Wee”, departed this life on Thursday, November 27, 2025. His loss is totally unimaginable and unplanned. Evander was born to Sander Wade Stalling and Sherry (Neal) Wilson in Michigan City, Indiana on June 25, 1990. He studied Business Administration at Ivy Tech Community College and was currently employed at Palko Services in Michigan City.
Evander loved reading, cooking and performing in rap duos with his siblings and friends. He had future aspirations to obtain his Commercial Driver’s License and begin a career in trucking.
Left behind to celebrate his memory are his parents Sander Wade Stalling and Sherry (Neal) Wilson (Michigan City, Indiana), six sisters Lynn Stalling (Arkansas), Bionica Stalling (Michigan City, Indiana), Latasha Ray (South Bend, Indiana), Tatiana Stalling (Mississippi), Crystal Stalling (Laporte, Indiana) and Aliyah Stallings (North Carolina). Five brothers, DeWade Stallings, Jaylen Stalling, Tone (Heather) Conley all of Michigan City, Indiana, Sanders Ray and Dezmond Stalling both of South Bend, Indiana. Special nieces and nephews, Tatiyana Neal, Tamaria Neal, Kadisha Stalling, Kiara Stalling, DeWade Stalling Jr, Jaylen Stalling Jr, LaMarion Stalling, DaMarion Stalling, Keon Stalling, Keyshawn Stalling, Tone Conley Jr and great nephew Loyal Neal.
Also surviving are one aunt, Lenda (Donald) Wilson, and four uncles, Larry (Mae) Neal, Ivory (Wendy) Neal, Dewalph (Marcia) Neal, Robert Neal Jr. and a host of additional nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents Robert and Willie Mae Neal and paternal grandparents Sam Stalling Sr and Lucy Stalling. As your life and legacy lives on through us, you are forever in our hearts. We will always remember your smile, warmth and love, for you will never leave us although you are gone.
He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.
