Bam Bam Bureau

His Puppy Story...

Bam Bam Bureau was born on July 5, 2010, in Michigan City, IN to a litter of six puppies. 

Blood makes you relatives but love bonds you together as family. Bam Bam was proudly adopted by his parents Lucille Bureau and Myron Mitchell Sr. at the early age of eight weeks old. For twelve years Bam Bam stole our hearts by bringing unconditional love and joy to our home. 

Bam Bam was deeply adored by his parents and family, who spent a tremendous amount of time loving on him. Bam Bam enjoyed his “treats”, napping, car rides, and receiving rubs and love from his family.  He was a one-of-a kind! He was a great friend, protector, and loyal companion. He was very smart and extremely affectionate. He had a special and unquie personality that brought happiness to our friends and family. 

Bam Bam departed this life on June 23, 2023, at Westchester Animal Clinic surrounded by his loving family.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilbert and Marie Bureau. 

Bam Bam leaves to cherish his fond memories, his loving parents, Lucille Bureau and Myron Mitchell Sr.; his sister, Rae-Londa Smith, his brother, Toby Bureau; two nephews, Ja’Mieriea Woodward and Kodak Smith; one niece, Ja’Mieria Woodard all of Michigan City, IN; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. 

We have been so blessed to have shared his life with him. Bam Bam will truly be missed and never forgotten. Our memories of Bam Bam will last forever. 

His Memorial Celebration of Life will take place on July 7th, 2023 at Coleman & Hicks Chapel at 6:00pm.
