Baby Ra'Nya Aamira Guider

Ra’Nya Aamira Guider was born March 10, 2020 in Oaklawn, Illinois to Lanetha Guider and Raymond Owens.

Ra’Nya was a fashionista, always smiling and very happy baby. She like listening to music especially jazz and snuggling with her blankie to go to sleep. She enjoyed taking walks in her stroller but she was feisty. She would have full conversations like she knew what she was talking about. Her presence will truly be missed.

On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 Ra’Nya transitioned peacefully in the arms of her loving mother. Her life was brief to us but will live on as her heart lungs and kidneys were donated to those in need. Ra’Nya was preceded in death by her grandfather Wesley Guider and uncle Willie Owens.

Ra’Nya leaves to cherish in her memory her parents, Lanetha Guider and Raymond Owens. Her siblings, NyBria Ramyyeh, Rashid Ramyyeh, Brianna Owens and Alana Owens. Her grandmothers, Monetha Guider and Della Greer. Her aunts, Lanece Kirk, Crystal Owens, Lakiesha Owens, Tiffany Owens and Kara Stewart. Her uncles, Lawrence Kirk, Lanard Guider and Dan Owens. Three special cousins, Jennifer Haywood, Ericka Ball, and Anitrea Smith and a host of family and friends.

Viewing will be Friday, July 31, 2020 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Precious Memories Chapel 7605 South Halsted Street, Chicago, IL. The family request the CDC guidelines with social distancing and facial masks are mandated to be worn.
