Timothy Lamont Douglas

Timothy Lamont Douglas, affectionately known as “Timmy” was born December 10, 1969 in Michigan City, Indiana to Willie Douglas and Louise (Mason) White.

Timmy attended Rogers High School. Timmy liked to play Basketball and loved to be around family and friends.

Timothy Lamont Douglas departed this life on August 22, 2018 at DeKalb Medical Center of Decatur, Georgia. Timmy was preceded in death by his father, Willie Douglas; maternal grandfather, Eddie Mason; paternal grandfather, George Douglas and one brother, Terrance O. Thomas Sr.

Timmy leaves to cherish his memories, two sons, Reginald “Bookie” Nixon of Michigan City, IN and Marcus Sheffield of Indianapolis, IN; his loving mother, Louise White of Lithonia, GA; maternal grandmother, Georgia Lee Fisher of Michigan City, IN; two grandchildren, Sanantasya Styles and Avionna Nixon both of Michigan City, IN; one brother, Rodney (Sylvia) Douglas of Benton Harbor, MI; two sisters, April Walker of Lithonia, GA and Theresa (Bobbie Joe) Garrett of Nashville, TN; special nieces, Ameta Wright and Amiah Lottie both of Lithonia, GA; Santrell Anderson of LaPorte, IN; Tierra Thomas and Taleigha Thomas both of San Antonio, TX; Amarhea Mitchell of Daytona Beach, FL; special nephews: Amari Wright  and Amar Wright both of Lithonia, GA; special Sister, Anna Thomas of Kingsford Heights, IN; special aunt: Joan Gooden of Michigan City, IN; special friends, Sirdarius (Lilly Stone) Smith of Ellenwood, GA; Christopher Diggs, Eric Cooper, Kevin Cooper all of Michigan City, IN; and Dereck Perkins of Lithonia, GA.
