Tammy Roberts

Tammy Roberts 51, of Indianapolis, Indiana departed this life Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Community East Hospital Indianapolis, Indiana.

Funeral Services are 11am Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Coleman & Hicks Chapel. Viewing will be 10am Saturday, at the chapel until the time of service.

Tammy was born May 10, 1967 in Michigan City, Indiana to Augusta Coleman and Alice (Roberts) Stone.

Tammy affectionately known as “Shorty Red”. She attended Michigan City Area School. She loved her family, family gatherings, dancing, joking and writing.

She leaves to mourn her memories, two sons, Andre Tillman and Carlton Smalley both of Indianapolis, Indiana; her father, Augusta (Cynthia) Coleman of Portland, Oregon; four sisters, Iris (Tony) Richardson, Anitra (Antonio) White, Esther Stone and Neocica Byrd all of Michigan City, Indiana; two brothers, Wilton Coleman of Michigan City, Indiana and Andrew Wensey; maternal grandparents, Bernect and Corena Roberts both of Michigan City, Indiana; grandchildren, QuAndre Tyrese Shy, AnDarious Steppe and Aries Tillman both of Michigan City, Indiana; two great grandchildren, Adre'a Latrice Shy and Ari Steppe and  a host nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Stone; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Nell Coleman.
