Ron Johnson was the oldest of four children, born to Eddie Johnson and Ella McCall on November 8, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois.
A Time to Learn
Ron grew up in Altgeld Gardens where he attended Aldridge Elementary School, Carver Primary School and Carver High School. Ron later used the skills of his hands as he experienced work in construction.
A Time to Share
Ron also known as "Outlaw", was a fun and loving person that was willing to help anyone in need. Outlaw was well known and loved by the community. Many neighborhood children would ask him for dollars and he would give them out with no questions asked. He had a kind heart and anyone who crossed his path felt the warmth of his infectious personality. Ron was the life of the party and would always tell hilarious jokes.

Ron "Outlaw" Johnson passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eldevon McCall.
A Time to Remember
He leaves to cherish his memories; his fourteen children, Chiquita, Ron Jr., Deonte (Elana), Quintella, Jamal, Catrina, Raneisha, Risa, Ron IV, Siyon, LaRon, Eldevon McCall Johnson, Calayah and Joshua; twenty grandchildren; father, Eddie Johnson; mother Ella McCall; two sisters, Risa and Creshandgia McCall; three nieces; five nephews and a host of family, friends and the community.
Funeral services will be 10:30am, Monday, August 13, 2018 at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church 26th East 127th Street, Chicago, IL with Pastor Keverd B. Cooper to give the eulogy. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
