Michael Robert Stalberte 29, of Laporte, Indiana  Entered into rest on Thursday, September 19, 2019

Memorial services will be 12pm, October 5, 2019 at High Praise Outreach Ministries 301 East 9th Street.

 He was born on November 8,1989 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Chalonda Stalberte and Michael Janelle.

Michael was an absolute joy to be around. He was always smiling and making others laugh. Michael moved to Michigan City at the age of 13. He didn't meet a stranger, he became a part of the community, and your family. Michael attended Krueger Middle School and he graduated from Michigan City High School, Class of 2009. He leaves behind all of us whom love him. 

     Michael is survived by his mother, Chalonda Stalbert and stepfather, Andre Smith, Sr.; four sisters, Marquita Stalberte, Michelle Stalberte, Tyranesha Stalberte and Kim Williams of Washington, twelve nieces and nephews, a host of aunts, uncle's, cousins and friends.

  He was preceded in death his father, Michael Robert Janelle; grandmothers, Mary Stalberte and Norma Janelle; grandfathers, Gregory Fleming and Robert Janelle.

Michael will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
