Marie A. Van-Holley was affectionately known as “Peanutty” was born November 7, 1959 in Michigan City, Indiana to Felma Van Jr. and Annie Lewis.
“Peanutty” was a joy to be around. She loved being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, David Holley of Michigan City, Indiana; children, Howard Carter of Wisconsin, Arthur (Kallie) Carter of Michigan City, Indiana and Tanensha Van of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; mother, Annie Lewis-Bridges of South Bend, Indiana; Sisters, Ruth Charleston of South Bend, Indiana, Joyce Lockett of Hawaii, Zwandra Lee of Arizona; brothers, McClaude Bridges Jr., of South Bend, Indiana, Terry (Renee) Bridges of Georgia, Isaac (Yolanda) Hunt of South Bend, Indiana; grandchildren, Jalyn Carter, Devon Carter both of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Alayna Kofler, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Marcellus Willis of Indianapolis, Indiana, Lynell Crume and Jordan Willis both of Michigan City, Indiana, Ali Van and Osheanna Van both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Special nieces, Alshanda Sims of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Peggy Sims, Michigan City, Indiana; special great niece, Justice Marie Crump, Michigan City, Indiana; great nephew, Marcus Jones of Green Bay, Wisconsin; cousin, Charlene Spicer of Michigan City, Indiana; best friend, Regina Fly of Michigan City, Indiana; and a host of relatives and friends.
