Kathleen "Kat" Sanders, 64, was called home by the Lord on December 10, 2017.

Kathleen was born Nov. 27, 1953, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Walter Sanders and Artelia (Jackson) Norvell.

Kathleen graduated from Elston Senior High School. She worked many years at Anco in Michigan City. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Sanders and Artelia Norvell and one brother, James Sanders.

She leaves to mourn her memories, three daughters, Stacy Henderson of Lakeland, Florida, Tai (Derrick) Campbell and Brittney Sanders both of Michigan City, Indiana; five grandchildren, Christopher Henderson, Michigan City, Indiana, Joey Walker Jr., (United States Navy), Great Lakes, Illinois, Bre’Ajah Walker, Kayla Campbell and Airiss Duke Jr. all of Michigan City, Indiana; one brother, Lester Norvell; two sisters, Helen Spicer and Wilma (Steve) Wilson all of Michigan City, Indiana and a host of family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
