Jeffrey Darren Kelley, 50, departed this life on December 12, 2018.

Funeral services will be 11:00am, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist with Rev. James Lane to officiate. Viewing will be 10:00am, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the church until the time of church.

Jeffrey D. Kelley was born October 28, 1968 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late James “Jay” B. Kelley and Marie “Mickey” (Whitfield) Kelley.

Jeff worked at Asphalt Tree Service. He love fishing, fixing and buying cars, riding motorcycles, cracking jokes, being with his family and friends and taking trips. “He was the life of the party.”

He leaves to cherish his fond memories, four children, Nikita Rodriquez, Talisa Kelley, Cecily Kelley and Jeffrey Kelley Jr.; sisters, Dedra Kelley, Michigan City, Indiana, Tarsha Garcia, Houston, Texas, Kesha Kelley, Michigan City, Indiana; godsister, Michelle Ford; brother, Clardy (Robin) Holmes; grandchildren, Sabi Kelley, Maliyah Kelley, Ayden Kelley, Leila Eckwood; and two newborn grandbabies, Amelia Kelley and Jolie Kelley; three nieces, Halston Harmon, Atia Kelley and Hannan Walker; one great niece, A’mia Hill; two nephews, Javell Kelley and Zion Deal; special cousin, Vincent “Craig” Haynes; special friends,  Mindy Coleman, Crystal Ashcraft, Wendy Ingram and Tony Patterson and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death his paternal and maternal grandparents; one brother, Edward Whitfield.
