Geonard Priscilla Morris peacefully accepted her wings on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Briggs Sr. to officiate. Burial will follow at Swan Lake Memorial
Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Coleman & Hicks Chapel.
Priscilla "Pre" Morris was born in Macon, Georgia, on Nov. 14, 1957, to Willie Scottie Miller and William Carswell Sr. both preceding her in death.
Priscilla was life-long member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for the Head-start Program for over 30 years she was also employed at Life Care
Center for 32 years. She was a member of New St. Rose No. 40 Order of the Eastern Star P.H.A. and she was also member of Mahomet Court no. 93, Daughter of
the Shrine. She was very active in her community from meetings to her Harvest Breakfast that she had every year. She was on the board for North Central Action
Agency for seven years. She was a foster mother and she loved working in her yard and playing cards.
Her family where her pride and joy, she leaves to cherish, her memories seven children: Three sons, Mitchell Rose Sr. Indianapolis, Willie and Eric Ford both of
Michigan City; four daughters, Alisha and Nisha Morris both of Michigan City, Nakkia Morris of Gary and Tierria Morris Rockford, Illinios; three brothers, Frank
(Phyllis) Miller, Steven Miller both of Michigan City and William (Felicia) Carswell of Locust, Georgia; 10 sisters Freddie Mae Robison of Detroit, Stacey Miller of
Michigan City, Sonja (Tommy) Coleman of Milwaukee, Hattie Thrope of Macon, Georgia, Vickie Jones of Forsyth, Georgia, Deborah Wynn of Macon, Georgia, Cynthia
Carswell of Macon, Georgia, Madeline Carswell of Macon, Georgia, Lisa Dinkins of Macon, Georgia and Sharon Carswell of Macon, Georgia. Beloved grandchildren:
Ty’Shaun, Mitchell Jr., Wayne Jr., Tyrese Sr., Donald III, Cameron, JerMaine, Brian Jr., Byron, Jah'Quell and Royal; one great-grandson, Tyrese Jr., godmother Iola
Foeshe; special mother Alma Morris; seven godchildren Laura Lawrence, Allen, Kenya (Luke), Comesha, Janaya and Janyla; special friends: Robbin, Geneva, Jessie,

She was preceded in death her Father Freddie B. Miller Sr., brothers, Freddie B. Miller Jr., Andrew George Miller and Kenneth Jones.
