Linda L. (Parker-Tucker) Bonds, 73, departed this life on Mar. 14, 2018 at her residence. in Michigan City, Indiana

Visitation will be Friday, March 23, 2018 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Coleman & Hicks Chapel. Burial will take place at Fern Oak Cemetery in Griffith, Indiana on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 11:00am.

Linda was born on October 17, 1944 in Waterloo, Iowa to Halm Parker and Margaret (Walker) Parker.

She worked many years as Real Estate Agent and she had the privilege to own several apartment buildings. She also worked at Elston School in the In-House Suspension Room.  She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

Linda leaves to cherish her memories, one sister, Deloris Walker-McCants of Gary, Indiana; grandson, Kadom Roberts of Utah; godchildren that she loved dearly, Emerson D. and Tameka Hart both of Michigan City, Indiana; four cousins, Betty (Alfonzo) White and Daryl L. (Hattie) Crockett both of Michigan City, Indiana, Vanessa C. Crockett and Mia Dudeck and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Halm Parker and Margaret Parker and her only child, Jeffery Parker.
