Johnny Ray Corley was born November 11, 1957 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Mertus Corley Sr., and Bernice Timberlake-Corley.

Funeral services will be noon, Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Coleman & Hicks Chapel with Rev. James Lane, officiating, the visitation will be 11am Saturday at the chapel. 

On December 27, 2002 in Michigan City, Indiana, he married, Bobbi Jo Jackson and to this union, three children were born.

Johnny Ray worked as a mechanic; he enjoyed spending quality time with his children, talking, and barbequing. 

 Johnny Ray Corley departed this life at 11:56pm on March 28, 2017 at Franciscan St. Anthony Memorial Health Center. He was preceded in death by his parents; three siblings, Mr. Robert Mitchell, Miss Sherrin Corley and Mr. Hezzie Mitchell.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Bobbi Jo Corley, Michigan City; children Delashon Lewis, Honesty Corley and Ja’Ton Phillips all of California, Joyce Ann Corley and Austin Corley both of Wisconsin, Mariah A. Corley, Johnny Corley and Jonah Corley all of Michigan City, Indiana; two sisters, Marsha (Tim) Kraal and Ludy Corley both of California; two brothers, Mertus (Danita) Corley Jr., and Anthon Corley both of Indiana; he is also survived by his grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that were all special in his life.
